Not long ago, with the support of the maritime department of Putian, Fujian Province, the “Changyu 168” ship, which is fully loaded with five sets of wind turbine engine rooms, slowly left the No. 1 berth of Xiuyu Port and was transported to the wind farm project in Dongying City, Shandong Province.
It is understood that the wind power cabin for this transportation is produced by Shanghai Electric Wind Power Fujian Putian Base. The size, net width and height of each wind power cabin are 18.9m, 7.0m and 13.1m respectively, and the unit weight is 337 tons. The total volume of the five sets is more than 2000 cubic meters, and the weight is 1685 tons, which has changed the new record of single-ship offshore wind power equipment freight volume in Xiuyu Port.
The wind turbine engine room is one of the key components of the wind turbine equipment. Its internal equipment has a variety of different components and equipment, mainly composed of generators, gear boxes, control systems, monitoring systems and other parts. Because of the large standard of the wind turbine engine room equipment, high lifting requirements, difficulties in loading and unloading, multi-dimensional control of Putian Xiuyu Port maritime affairs, and efficient services, the port airlines should be connected and guided in advance to develop reasonable channel plans Loading plan and emergency response plan.
In addition, the comprehensive command room has sufficient operation, full-time personnel, efficient use of the ship traffic control system, closed-circuit television video monitoring, remote attention to the movement of inbound and outbound, and tracking of wind power equipment transportation in the whole process in combination with UAV inspection, to maximize the “zero time” of ship inbound and outbound, and “zero risk” of cargo transportation.
According to the relevant person in charge, the construction of Xiuyu Port’s offshore wind power equipment distribution base will be promoted again in the future, and major offshore equipment transport ships will be escorted, so as to ensure safety, protect people’s livelihood and promote the economy as its own responsibility, and promote the construction of a strategic port city connecting the river and the sea.
